I’m back writing for Louisville.com
After a (thankfully) brief hiatus, I am writing for Louisville.com again, focusing on local events and attractions for a local audience. But instead of submitting 10 articles a month, my scope has been increased to four posts a week.
Not that I need the encouragement, but this new job is a great excuse for me to further explore my new, wonderful hometown. Louisville has a lot to offer and I’m thrilled to be covering it.
Here are my Louisville.com articles for the first week:
- Glass egg blowing, farmer’s market among Louisville’s weekend highlights
- Navigating Bardstown Road’s non-Starbucks coffee culture
- Attend a poetry or fiction reading during National Poetry Month
A while I’m at it, here are my articles on budget travel from last week for Examiner.com:
- Nashville at the Frist Center’s Paint Made Flesh exhibit: Portraits made fresh
- Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry: Old-time country music for old-time people

Cool Lanora–let me know if you’d like some customized suggestions!

My writing focuses on travel and culture. I've contributed to The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Air Canada's enRoute, BlackBook, Budget Travel, Deadspin, and Louisville Magazine. I'm also the editor-in-chief of Louisville.com and BlackBook's Louisville City Editor.

Great news, Zach. I’m heading down to Louisville some day soon, so I’ll be reading up in the meantime.
