Reviewing sportfishing industry’s impact on legislation
In celebration of its 75th year, the American Sportfishing Association (ASA) hired me to write a four-part series about its history for American Sportfishing.
The second installment just appeared in the August/September 2008 issue (pp. 12-15; I also edited the rest of the newsletter). This article examines ASA’s substantial impact on legislation pertaining to conservation, commerce, and sportfishing.
