     Dilbert is working at his desk.  He tells the person next to him, 
     &quot;We&#039;re cutting down on punctuation.  A lot of it isn&#039;t necessary.&quot;

     The person-next-to asks, &quot;What are you getting rid of?&quot;

     Dilbert answers, &quot;Semi-colons; no one ever uses them.&quot;
